Starting with a vacant block, over the course of sixteen months Constructive Building projects created this stunning architectural designed home.
The Architect, Wade Cogle designed a sophisticated modern home. This design encompassed a blend of different high end materials ranging from sand stone cladding to Accoya wood all the way from Holland used extensively throughout the home.
Our team coordinated to carry out extensive excavations to create the space for the basement/showroom level and in ground pool. Right from the beginning special attention had to be taken to overcome the challenge of limited landfall and large volumes of stormwater running down the property.
The list of impressive features of this house is vast. The level of planning and execution by the team throughout the build was imperative to fulfil the standard required. From a one off imported kitchen Island bench from Germany to hand crafted bathroom tiles from a ceramic artist in Melbourne, this house was a build we’re incredibly proud of. The finished product speaks for itself.
